How dare Aida be skipped!
Actually, I thought for a second that the Met had skipped it. Like "Should we bother?" "Nah, we got nuthin' new. Let's do one of last week's performances of it and no one'll know the differrence."

Whatever voice might be being used, my laughter is being provoked by this thread.
it was read. it was chuckled over. it is heard that the big A(ida) is wanting to know where you were and what was done instead.
I was on the big C. My couch. It is being spent more time upon by me lately than would be believed by you or anyone else. "Must the winter come so soon" (see next entry) is kind of my theme song. I get a little hibernational.
