Answer

For someone who asked, and anyone who wondered.

Tosca
Ti soffoca il sangue?
E ucciso da una donna!
M'hai assai torturata!...
Odi tu ancora? Parla!... Guardami!...
Son Tosca!... O Scarpia!

Scarpia
Soccorso, aiuto!
Muoio!

Tosca
Muori dannato! Muori, Muori!

I'll just creep this in here since it's just as irrelevant here as it would be anywhere else... but did you see the 'Opera' magazine review of the Russian Ring you wrote about on here? Generally unfavourable, then a corker of a last sentence/paragraph:

'Some of the singing sounded like German.'

And I suppose you know those wonderful Italian gals, Sue Straniero and Sue del Nilo and their colleague, Gloria Te...they are all former call girls who used to work for the aged madame, Stella del Marinar.

And then there are the three liturgical sisters Agnes Day, Donna Nobis, and Gloria Mundy.

Gloria Mundi--that girl is fast, I hear.

I understand that Anna Tema-Suvoi sings a mean Amneris.

And then Myra O'Norma certainly does justice to the role of Adalgisa, at least as well as Dolora Z., I hear.

Sheila Guirata-Fede and Deb O'Tradir are from the same school as Maury, of course.

Would that school be U. C. Bjorling?
